Chris is a Gold and Silversmith and Platinumsmith and has been practising his craft for twenty-seven years.

Chris completed his Master of Arts Gold and Silversmithing at RMIT in 2000. Chris is a qualified teacher and was the Senior Educator and Coordinator of the NMIT jewellery program from December 2000 until June 2009. He taught previously at RMIT and has been teaching jewellery students at both University and TAFE level for nineteen years.

A Fellow of the Gold and Silversmiths Guild of Australia since its inception in 1989, Chris has actively contributed to the Australian jewellery landscape and is a past president of the Guild. He proudly marks his work with the identifying marks of the Guild.

Chris produces a broad range of work from functional and decorative tableware to fine jewellery in both Gold and Platinum. Unusual cut precious and semi-precious stones and diamonds feature in his work. He enjoys working with Australian diamonds, sapphires and pearls.

Chris exhibits his work in Australia and Germany and lives in the Geelong region of Victoria.
